
Prior to co-founding WildSites, Lou was CFO of ROO Group, a publicly traded enabler of internet broadcasting from 2006-2007.
Prior to ROO, from 2003-2007 Lou acquired and ran, in partnership with Aaron Cohen, Bolt.com, a teen social network, which grew from 600,000 monthly uniques to over 15 million in its network of youth sites under Lou's leadership.
Prior to Bolt, Lou was CEO of The .tv Corporation, an idealab! company licensed to commercialize the top level domain (.tv) of the tiny island nation of Tuvalu. From 2000-2002, .tv grew to over 100 employees in Los Angeles, London and Hong Kong, and over $23 million in annual revenue, before being acquired by Verisign (Nasdaq:VRSN) for $63 million.
Prior to .tv, Lou had a distinguished career as an equity analyst following domestic and international cable and satellite companies for Goldman Sachs.
Lou has a B.A. from U.C.L.A. and an MBA from The Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Prior to co-founding Wildsites, David was handling domain acquisitions for Oversee.net from 2006-2007.
Prior to Oversee, David was CEO of Corporate Carrots, Inc., a promotional marketing company he founded in 1996.
During his time at Corporate Carrots, David was hired to be the head of sales for The .tv Corporation from it's inception in 2000 through it's acquisition by Verisign (Nasdaq:VRSN) in 2002. David was hired by Verisign to assist them with their sales efforts until he returned to run Corporate Carrots in 2003.
Prior to Corporate Carrots, David was an Account Executive for the Sony Corporation of America, responsible for placing Sony products in the national marketing campaigns of fortune 500 companies.
